Name, email, preferred boutique, guest count, dietary notes, and event details provided voluntarily through our forms.
How We Use It
To confirm salon availability, tailor tasting flights, respond to catering briefs, and — only with consent — share Private Circle releases.
Retention & Control
Inquiry records are retained for operational follow-up and may be deleted upon written request to our concierge. We do not sell guest data.
